We offer specialized returns for damaged items and clear guidelines for custom-engraved trophies, corporate awards, and personalized mementos. It is crucial for your satisfaction that these items, customized with precise laser engraving, meet your expectations.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Be advised, especially for items that were customized through laser engraving, processing can take additional time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-late-or-missing-refunds\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank.
